Thank you for visiting and shopping at Find It Style It Home. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Prices & Policy.
Delivery costs quoted on checkout are for standard delivery to state capital cities and major metropolitan suburbs only (this excludes Perth, Darwin and Hobart additional costs may apply). All regional areas could have additional freight prices. We will advise if there is any additional cost asap. Delivery Costs may vary for heavier or fragile items or if they need to be delivered to a second or higher floor level you will be advised if there is an additional cost as soon as possible.

Additional cost for any stairs may be charged.
Shipping rates could also drop should our carrier drop prices.
If Shipping charges change we will advise you as soon as possible.
Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed by our distributors warehouses/manufacturers and artists within 5-10 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
On occasions items purchased might not be immediately available i.e. currently not in stock. If items are not in stock we will advise you as soon as possible advising you the approximate date of availability. Otherwise we will organise an immediate refund.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We offer delivery to the following to most Australian cities including some regional areas.

We believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. We use leading furniture delivery companies to handle our orders.
PROCESS OF DELIVERY
The carrier will call you to schedule a time for the delivery, either in the morning or in the afternoon, but not at an exact time. Find It Style It Home is not responsible for the delivery times of products. Once products have been dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to liaise with Distributors nominated carrier company in relation to date of delivery and to make themselves available to take delivery during the time slot appropriated.
If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you at the agreed time of delivery, you will need to re-arrange the delivery. Find It Style It Home or the Distributor are not responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form , in which you confirm that the product was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).
It is your responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery, and any claims should be made within 24 hours.
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. For large furniture items you will also receive a call from one of our professional furniture carriers to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
If your shipping address is a ‘beyond point’, then a shipping surcharge may apply. Beyond point surcharge is calculated by the shipping companies. Beyond points are usually defined by difficult access points, narrow roads, gated communities, islands, rural areas or mountains. There is no way for us to ascertain a ‘beyond point’ until we get shipping quotes from our shipper. We will contact you if your shipping address comes up as a ‘beyond point’.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If you wish to change the address or any other delivery details before the indicated delivery date, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify Find It Style It Home of this at least 48 hours prior to delivery. In this notification, you must mention the order number and the relevant product. Find It Style It Home will confirm the change by phone or email, or refuse if the change is not in accordance with our Terms and Conditions or if there is another legitimate reason to refuse the change.
Find It Style It Home nor the transporter can be held responsible if the delivery cannot take place as a result of the incorrect address or other delivery information provided by the customer.
Find It Style It Home is not responsible for delays due to strikes, legal lockouts, or other discomforts caused by its suppliers. In the case of these inconveniences and other events of force majeure, the delivery period shall be extended in accordance with the duration of the disturbance.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
We recommend that you check the dimensions of access points to your home before ordering large items of furniture. You are responsible for determining that items purchased will fit through doorways. Please note that shipping prices are subject ti change. Prices can also vary for any items that include glass, or mirrors or heavy in weight. Any additional charges we will let you know asap.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Find It Style It Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Find It Style It Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately on email@example.com so we can lodge your claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
